I forgot to explain in the last chapter why the price of the rings is fixed at 1 Galleon.
This is because the Ministry has set aside a fund for this pricing at Ollivanders because they always need as many wizards and witches as possible, since witches and wizards use rings to channel their magic and most of them cannot cast proper spells without rings, they created this fund to ensure that everyone always has access to rings.
