Mini Arc. II

This fight should be imagined like the classical Dragon Ball fights. Fast and with the ocasional shockwave in the sky that no one can see.

(3rd Person POV)

Everyone was surprised when the sphere of destruction simply vanished without a trace. It was hard to believe but it became apparent that the stranger was responsible for that.

"Did you just erase my Hakai?", Beerus asked confused.

"Indeed I did. You have quite the nerve to just push me like that. I don't even know you and you already want to fight. It seems like someone needs to punch that arrogance out of you. You're lucky, I just did that where I'm from, so I'm already warmed up.", Toji said.

"Oh? And here I thought I was arrogant. Well then ... let us have some fun. I am getting excited.", Beerus said with a smirk.

Both of them began to float and then they left the atmosphere to face each other in space where there weren't many casualties when they fought... They hadn't thought this through.

"What is your name?", Beerus asked.

"My name is Gremmy Thoumeaux, but everyone calls me Toji. What about you?", Toji asked.

"Toji huh? Well, my name is Beerus the destroyer. I am looking forward to this. So don't disappoint me."

"Haha, that's my line."

.

Beerus started. He threw a right cross, which Toji managed to dodge. Another one came to his left, then one to his right. Toji managed to dodge the first and then block the second.

The fists got faster and Toji was having trouble. One came from the left, and Toji used his right arm to block it. Then from the left, Toji used his right arm to redirect that one.

Beerus delivers a right hook, which Toji ducks under. The same right arm comes back to try and hit him with the elbow in his face. This time Toji has to use both his arms to block. He has to keep his arms there as Beerus' left arm also comes from the left.

Beerus' speed increases with each punch. After the left hit, which Toji also had to block, he found himself caught off guard as a sudden uppercut connected squarely with his chin.

Toji's head snaps back full force. But that is not the end of the encounter, Beerus punches Toji in his stomach ... hard, causing him to spit some saliva out. Then comes a jab from Beerus that almost causes Toji to spin, had the next punch not landed on his face.

Beerus punches Toji squarely in his face and then begins to deliver one after the other. One jab from the left, one cross from the right, another uppercut in his stomach and then a front kick to his thorax that knocks all the air out of his lungs and finally a nice roundhouse kick to finish the job.

Toji shoots to the ground but the ground is still far away.

Toji however manages to form coherent thoughts so he simply imagines himself to stop flying. He then thinks back on the exchange they just had and then stops for a moment to think. That was an amazing exchange. This was the real deal and he finally had someone to fight.

He imagined himself to float back up until he was again before Beerus.

"That was amazing. The first round goes to you.", Toji says.

"Well, that was rather boring in my opinion. Is that all you have?"

"No ... come let's try that again."

.

Beerus moved with such ease that it was hard to believe the destructive power he wielded. With a flicker of his hand, he launched himself towards Toji, aiming a powerful roundhouse kick at his midsection. Toji, who had adapted to the previous speed, envisioned a mirage of himself sidestepping the attack, rendering Beerus' kick useless as it hit nothing.

The God of Destruction was surprised but not bothered. He, spun mid-air, transitioning seamlessly from the missed kick into a devastating backhand aimed at Toji's head. Yet, Toji's imagination knew no bounds.

His eyes shone with power as he materialized a shield, intercepting the blow and surprising Beerus.

Toji countered with a strike of his own, shaping his thoughts into a barrage of phantom fists that surged towards Beerus.

Each of his punches carried the weight of Toji's current power that he held, threatening to overwhelm the deity. Beerus, however, demonstrated why he was who he was and that he had only been playing before, by using his otherworldly dexterity and slipping through the onslaught with fast movements.

The exchange of punches, kicks and elbows continued.

Beerus aimed a precise jab at Toji's core, seeking vulnerabilities in his seemingly ever-growing adversary. Toji, in response, continued to imagine himself adapting to the speed of the Destroyer.

The space reverberated with the clash of godly and boundless power, each exchange a testament to the sheer magnitude of their abilities. And it was getting more and more heated. The punches packed more weight and power, the kicks were faster.

.

As the battle intensified, Toji, fueled by his excitement, tapped into the depths of his imagination. He envisioned Enkidu, the Chains of Heaven, extending from his fists. With a swift motion, he lashed out at Beerus, attempting to trap the God of Destruction.

Beerus, his eyes narrowing in concentration, surpassed the physical constraints of the chains. Now this was a short description but basically, he used a fraction of a nanosecond to understand what the chains did and used his power explosively to dodge them all and destroy them with his power of destruction before they could catch him.

The God of Destruction seized the opportunity, closed the distance and delivered a rapid series of blows aimed at Toji's torso.

Gremmy, realizing the problem, embraced the pain and thought of something else, he let go of the foolish thought to try and get creative with his power and simply wished to grow with the fight. His martial arts was something he wished to focus on now.

Toji and Beerus began to increase their speeds. When Toji seemingly adapted to the current speed, Beerus increased it and then Toji would somehow also adapt after taking lots of punches and kicks to his body. But he never stayed down. No matter what Beerus did, or how many times he hit him, Toji always came back in peak condition.

Beerus got into the fight more and more. He shot towards Toji and their fists clashed. They created distance and clashed again, and again and again ...

They met in the middle and both pushed against the other. Toji then vanished causing Beerus to be surprised. Toji then appeared again and punched him in the stomach, and then in the face, making Beerus shoot farther away.

Toji didn't let this chance slip. He appeared in front of Beerus and paid him back for their first exchange. He punched with his right, left, uppercut and another right.

Beerus caught his fist, pulled him in and then punched Toji in the face. The latter didn't care however and took the punch, using it to punch Beerus in the stomach again.

.

Toji didn't realise it but in his excitement, his form blurred as he imagined a multitude of extra limbs, each intercepting Beerus's strikes with precision and then attacking him with an unbelievable barrage of punches.

The battlefield became a kaleidoscope of limbs and fists, a testament to Toji's ever-growing imagination and power.

The God of Destruction was caught off guard by the surreal spectacle and focused his destruction energy on a charged uppercut that aimed to shatter all of Toji's defences.

Toji, in response, envisioned his body to be made out of rubber and took the punch head-on. The punch landed and his head shot backwards with lightspeed. After a second the head returned however and hit Beerus in the face.

The clash sent shockwaves through space and the Universe, distorting the fabric of space itself. Toji was smiling at this point, he didn't even realise that he was growing more powerful as he used his imagination without realising it. He was implementing it into the fight.

The brawl reached a climax as the sounds of destruction and Toji's creation echoed through the void. Each exchange left its mark on the space around them and began to destroy the planets.

.

.

As the clash threatened to destroy the very fabric of the universe, a calm voice cut through the chaos.

"Enough", Whis declared, appearing between the two combatants holding their fists with his index finger and stopping the fight.

"Continuing this battle will only lead to unnecessary destruction. I don't think our universe can afford this, don't you think so Lord Beerus?"

"Hmm ... Yes I guess you're right. Hahaha, that wasn't bad Toji. I enjoyed myself today.", Beerus said.

"Why thank you. How about that then? I heard that you like good food no? I know of someone who can create food where the clothes fall off your body. Here have some of this.", Toji said and conjured some of the food he imagined was created by Souma Yukihira.

It was a whole truckload of it. Even if it wasn't his earth, he didn't want them to destroy it just because of some lack of food.

"Ohh. That's a very well-thought-of gift, Toji. Thank you.", Whis said.

"Just make sure to eat it when no one is around, ok? Oh and please give the humans a chance. They are not the most peaceful bunch but the food they make is quite good. So instead of just getting mad, you could be patient and ask for more... it's actually that easy.", Toji said.

"Ohohoho, yes Lord Beerus does indeed have very little patience.", Whis said laughing from the side.

"Shut up, Whis! Well then Toji, it was good seeing you here. But we shall take our leave then. I still want to taste what the food on this planet tastes like. I believe there is something called 'Ice Cream', that I still have to try.", Beerus said.

"Oh well then. I should also get back home. There is someone who might have some potential who I am thinking about teaching. Quite a young boy but he has talent. Oh well then. Toodled!", Toji said and then disappeared from the Dragon Ball universe.

.

"That was a very powerful young man.", Beerus said.

"Indeed. And the way he used to bend reality to create and destroy things... very impressive. You would have definitely destroyed the Universe at this rate.", Whis said.

"Haha, but at least I could use some of the exercise. It has been a while since I used this much."

"Indeed. I saw the look on your face. You were quite enjoying yourself."

"Eh, let's just get back and see what other food they have."

.

.

Toji had arrived back in the Bleach universe and was currently inside the void of the Garganta. He opened a Senkaimon into his barracks and then sat down. That was an amazing little trip he just had.

He could still feel the adrenaline coursing through him as the excitement slowly wore off. Toji sat down, crosslegged and went over the fight mentally. He saw all his mistakes and also the progress he made. And he was ... impressed. That was a hard fight and he managed to not only grow during the fight but also to use his power of imagination unconsciously.

When he used his imagination to conjure Enkidu: the Chains of Heaven, he used to think about it consciously but when he created extra limbs for himself or made his body into a rubbery substance, that was uncoscious. This was very hard to do but the intensity of the fight with Beerus pushed him over the edge.

He knew that he didn't make Beerus go all out ... but Beerus didn't even go all out against SSG Goku. And honestly, Toji didn't care. He wasn't here to defeat the GoD on his first Mini Arc. anyway. He was just focusing on growing and having fun while fighting someone who's the real deal.

Toji could feel the Hogyoku pulsating with excitement like he was. It seemed the Hogyoku was also happy that he had such a cool and entertaining encounter which led him to be used again.

.

Toji thought about what he should do now. He originally wanted to go to One Piece and have a brawl with the good Edward Newgate, but the encounter with Beerus messed that up. He would have to go there later in the next mini-arc of Toji...

For now, he should go and have a look at the damage that still has to be taken care of ... and then have Kira take care of it.

What? He might be stronger, but he's not less lazy.

_________________________________________________________________________________________________For all those powerscalers among you. Please don't read this fight as if Toji is as strong as Beerus. Even in the fight Beerus had with Goku he later stated that he used about 70%. So even if it might seem like they were similar, they aren't.

Beerus just used the power necessary to have a good fight and push Toji, since he realised Toji was growing. This is due to the Hogyoku, the Essence of the Blank and the Visionary as well as the Compulsory.

So Toji might have given him some fun but he is NOT as powerful as him … yet. Please don't discuss this chapter in depth and try to ‚prove' why it was bad, because … I don't care. It was meant to surprised the readers and simply have some fun and do something other than just follow canon.
