Chapter 13 - Spirits

I never imagined Haruto being scared with that cold attitude of his. I want to protect him.

After the flag ceremony, I stayed with the guys and separated when we got back. I sat down and placed my study book on my desk. I started writing stuff related to the previous lesson, but then, I remembered.. last week, friday afternoon.. our teacher said that she'll be absent and the projects will be passed next month since this week is the end of the week. AND I AIN'T READY, I STILL HAVE A LOT OF HOMEWORKS TO DO AND A BABY TO TAKE CARE OF.. oh wait, Mashiho can handle that. But if he has works to do too, then might as well finish everything in one day and go to Junkyu's house after. Yeah.. it'll work.

In one day, I finished three subjects.. another three more to go. And, our teacher messaged and she's making us do one more thing, but I'll do that later.. gosh this is so stressful.

"Hey," a person behind me whispered. I turned "Yeah?" I responded "I know what happened to Junkyu. And for sure it's not just sickness." he suddenly mentioned Junkyu's name, how the heck did he know Junkyu's state? "How'd you know? Are you a stalker or something??" I furrowed my brows "Nah, I just feel spirits going around here and there when someone like Junkyu, Mashiho, Hyunsuk or even you pass by me." I was confused.. "Spirits?" I tilted "Yes.. I feel it, he is sometimes around the people I mentioned just now, but his presence is strong when I pass by Junkyu." mtherfudger.. "How can we confirm this??" I waited for his response but the teacher suddenly appeared at the door. "We can talk later after class, bring Junkyu at the back of the school." I nodded and turned to my desk and we all stood up to greet the teacher.

Mashiho's POV

A few minutes had passed and endless of glancing on Junkyu was made, Mashiho's job is to check up on Junkyu if something weird will happen to him, or something unexpected or unfamiliar besides worrying and being all tired.

"Even before this happened to you, I still can't take my eyes off of you.. you know?" he thought

The teacher dismissed class and Mashiho is still staring at Junkyu. He just wants to hug him tightly and pat his back as he state the words "Everything's gonna be alright."
