A Chapter for Haruto

Haruto was just a little baby when the Takata's found him.. it was crying for someone to help him, the blanket had his name on it. In the end, they didn't change it cause they're still hoping that the parents will want to have him back, so they didn't want to get attached to him when that time comes.. but they still cherished and loved him. The Takata's soon introduced him to the Hamada's and Kanemoto's.

When Haruto became a teenager, his personality changed.. he suddenly went dark and had cold stares and everything. Mashiho didn't have the courage to talk to his brother, so as they grow older, they always have this wall between them and talked as if they were on good terms.

And yes, they lied that Haruto is their cousin. No one knew why. I guess they're just ashamed of Haruto being their brother? I don't know. That's what Haruto believes.

But the thing is.. Haruto, had some flashes of what happened to him in the past.. he didn't really talk about this with other people and he had it all for himself. No one understands him.. but.. Junkyu did.

Junkyu asked if something was wrong, he didn't reply at first and got anxious.. he didn't know what to do. Junkyu helped him to calm down and he listened.. but Haru didn't tell him about the family matter.. just the ones that have been bothering him the most.. the past. Junkyu gave him advice and he went with Haruto for almost half of the time.. to be honest, it was hard for both of them. But Junkyu wanted to help.

And now here's the problem. Junkyu wasn't being too observant, all he did was to focus on Haruto and for him to overcome it. He didn't ask why he always separates himself from the others and didn't have a single long conversation with them unless Junkyu was there. Of course they'll act, but why? that's the hard part.. why Junkyu couldn't observe.. because of how they act.

He admits that it was also his fault for not being able to help on that matter.. and he himself honestly didn't know what to do.

But then the incident happened.. the thief from before had escaped from prison and planned to come back. That thief really wants some trouble.. but why in the Kanemoto's house? Again?

Haruto separates himself from the others and went to his room, clearing his mind and taking a rest, as usual. And Junkyu would follow him to make sure he's doing fine. Then the thief came by and shots directly at both of them, yet Haruto had three shots on his body while Junkyu only had one. The thief then runs away from the scene and the others heard the gunshots. Quickly runs upstairs and opened the door of Haruto's room.

Blood, everywhere.

They then call the ambulance and let the parents know about what happened. It was a pure disaster. What's the thief's motive?? I mean seriously. Why?

At the hospital, the doctor stated Haruto was dead on arrival.. he lost too much blood because of the three gunshots. Junkyu survived and went out to the hospital after his recovery and all of them attended Haruto's funeral. Yes, all of them cried.. even if they were in bad terms and the family matter and such.. they still loved him.

But I guess.. they didn't work hard on that..

Haruto felt nothing but emptiness.. he didn't have that feeling of being a child and everyone gives their love for you, they'll do anything just to make you happy.. but.. Haruto didn't feel that ever in his whole life at all. Maybe he forgot about his childhood when the ones who found him, but.. it wasn't enough. It was hard for him to grow up while carrying all these thoughts.. he was so frustrated and like he felt that he was in hell. At that time.. he was having depression before Junkyu came. It made him at least breathe from all the thoughts.

But.. he died..

He didn't accept his death and made a deal with the demons, and here he is right now.. being a spirit/ghost that wants Junkyu and forces him to love him instead. Rather than waiting for someone to realize, he'll just act and didn't care if someone dies..
