Only some people names changed... all within 1 chapter lol. I've seen 3 different names for 1 person in a single chapter and that can only happen if it wasn't a human translating it. Or they chopped it up into 3 parts for 3 different people to translate and no one ever thought to see what the other 2 used as names before stitching that monstrosity back together. It's MTL mate.

Depends on the era. In the past, bullet "rounds" used to be made with soft lead and those deform very easily. These days, modern rounds are made with cupro-nickel and are naturally armour piercing.
