It’s stamina (physical) and mental (spiritual). In the novel, you calculated by; stamina x mental = chakra pool. I have responded to your first comment about the chakra amount.

I am so sorry; I'm using the dot as a decimal. Therefore, 283.024 represents just 283, not 283k.
