It’s stamina (physical) and mental (spiritual). In the novel, you calculated by; stamina x mental = chakra pool. I have responded to your first comment about the chakra amount.

Yes, it does. You might have forgotten that this is the year 47, which is before the Second Shinobi World War on my timeline. When the First Hokage created this village, it was consistent with the Senju and Uchiha clans, as well as other small nearby villages that were either absorbed or joined with the intention of keeping their clan. There is a reason why the Second and Third Shinobi World Wars affected other villages so significantly due to Konoha's actions. I use the number 10k because this is still 20 years before Naruto's timeline officially begins. By the year 67, the population had reached 80k. I will explore these reasons in my perspective on the Second and Third Shinobi World Wars.
