Hi! Thanks for your comment. Let me explain: Even though the Uzumaki and the Ōtsutsuki clans share a distant origin, they have become entirely different species over time. When Boruto awakens his Uzumaki cells, he reactivates his pure human lineage, but his body was already being transformed by the Karma into a Ōtsutsuki being. Both bloodlines seek to transform his body, but in different ways: The Uzumaki cells try to strengthen him as a human. The Ōtsutsuki cells aim to reconstruct him as a celestial being. This creates a brutal internal conflict, where Boruto’s body tries to split itself, as if it were forced to choose which transformation to follow. Also, if Boruto’s Karma had been fully completed, the Ōtsutsuki cells would have simply absorbed the Uzumaki ones without any struggle, and he would not have suffered at all.
I will upload chapters soon, but it will take a while. I'm preparing more chapters for the other series of my account.

It's ready, thanks for reporting.
In Kaito's era, combat was more direct and tactical, focused on close-quarters fighting, while today's sorcerers rely more on barriers and advanced techniques. Kaito not only fights but also analyzes this new style—just like he did against special grade curses and Kenjaku. Plus, I was going to explain this further in the upcoming chapters, jajaja.
