Why not use Badassiam(Artificial Element made after analysing the Tesseract) /Vibranium which produce more energy and is Stable. But I still don't know why they called Badasiam Vibranium, because if it was Vibranium J.A.R.V.I.S wouldn't have called it a new Element.
