absolutely agree the fl and her entire family annoy me,i personally think atticus is to good for them and their drama.the magnus glaze is annoying as hell,especially the way that he doesn't just tell him stuff and acts like a mysterious master in the cultivation novels despite being the dudes grandfather.him allowing the academy to experiment on A.the other thing that annoys me are the paragons,in my opinion AT should just turn on everyone and focus on his family,i mean their world is invaded by aliens,the other races are oppressing them and their busy trying to screen him over and playing around.

i forgot to mention him still thinking about her for a moment during training,comparing another girl to her of course

im on chapter 615,also left a long comment about it above,that happens too somewhat she curves him twice talking about some i'm not sure. the dude just goes on to later thing about her on some "my beautiful Zeoy" or whatever.

after the summit she asks takes him for a private conversation after being jealous of another ravenstein girl from the camp they went to as kids. she is angry and jealous and ends up making him official ask her out only to end up not being in a relationship because she doesn't know what to say and i think the spirit thing tells her to do this.which annoys me as to why she caused the drama of them not being boyfriend and girlfriend to only say she doesn't know what she wants. Atticus has to leave the academy directly after the summit(a few days later or something)and when he goes to say goodbye and asks if he could get an answer she says that she will tell him the next time the meet.(note;she was jealous and angry at not having the opportunity to leave the academy and fight in the war,she doesn't say anything about it though and only says that),while he leaves the spirit thing which she has and i feel will also find some way to be annoying later by its first interaction with him tells him to be patient with her. Now the reason he leaves the academy is because of that apex event,he meets Magnus and he explains that he was the one that was behind the experiment that happened to him,and other stuff like him watching him since he was a kid). this is the second thing that annoys me and is based on personal opinion and what was mentioned about the main characters personality,Atticus was portrayed to love his family deeply but was also said to not discriminate and treat others in an eye for eye type of way. When we look at the other people who messed with him. but he goes on to be all friendly with Magnus and go participate in the apex event when Magnus begs him (personally i don't care if he said that he will chose not to participate if he decides not to because we all know that isn't going to happen). Anyway he agrees as he doesn't want to disappoint him or something(not quit sure if i remember this part correctly).directly after this conversation Magnus continues to act like those powerful masters in other novels that just tell their disciples to do stuff and go do whatever and he just runs along doing so during their training(im currently at this part of the novel). It just rubes me the wrong way that they act all friendly now with Magnus doing stuff like spawning randomly into his room with lighting,taking him along whenever and wherever as the story proceeds to act like everything is cool between them and this so called grandfather of his did not just instruct people to do a life threatening experiment on him without consent so he can be more powerful. The kid is still 15,probably going to be the most powerful of their race and just because they needed him for an event which is constantly held and because their race was forced to bet important territory. The man did this to his own grandson and didn't even tell him until he felt that they now needed him,that basically just using him and him and both of them saw nothing wrong with it despite Atticus being pissed for a few seconds(i think i remember a chapter where the two grandmaster dudes in the academy go to report to a paragon about it being a success and that was before the summit). Anyway the fact that i feel all this annoyed and pissed about the events could mean a pretty good novel if the main character can receive some get back or redeem himself from this BS,or it could just be that the rest of it would be a horrible read for me. I'll continue to support it for now and read but its not looking very good for me at the moment,i still think it could be a very good novel and it somewhat is,but its slow passed. I DO NOT MEAN TO OFFEND THE AUTHORS HARD WORK WRITING THIS NOVEL AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR BEING ABLE TO READ IT,AND I STILL SUGGEST OTHERS GIVE IT A TRY

Hey author, i am loving the book so far,and i think its one of the few good ones remaining.I expensively love the mc's personality,but ima just put these out here in hopes you'll see it. I was hoping Atticus doesn't just ignore the fact that Zeoy was fussing about their relationship not being official,then she ends up not excepting his confession twice(if i remember correctly).Everything is cool and shi... but i think its unfair on Atticus, he didn't deserve that .I think she should have just been clear on what she wants like how she made him be clear. i can understand him brushing off the thing Magnus did since they're family(even though it still rubs me the wrong way),but as a dude i wouldn't be able stand watching(or reading) about another dude double back 3 times for some h*e(a good written character by the way,no hate) who doesn't know what she wants. PERSONALLY i think she should be the one to take initiative and he shouldn't make it easy,or like his friend said earlier move the along.once again this book is amazing and to anyone seeing this i would definitely suggest reading it despite what i said.like i said earlier the mc is really good.(i hope my comment doesn't get deleted man. [I understand that its your book,and the product of your own handwork, thus i in no way have the right to dictate what should happen nor do i want to, thank you]

Read a few chapters and i think it was cool.The part where he started running around with kids with his willy dangling together with the annoying cat threw me off.At least i enjoyed the first chapters a lot,i might come back depending on how the mc develops.thanks for the good read.
