Firstly I think fujin would have to more worried about Naruto and sasuke, if thats the case. He has good relationship with Naruto but even hashirama killed Madara for the sake of village. secondly I don't think fujin would directly go against konoha village, considering he knew the future. that's also why he created several identities

I know there is a controversy over it, but I consider them of the same age group. I mean 4 year age difference during childhood would have obvious difference in height, which was not shown. Also we know that Kakashi was about 14~15 during nine tails attack and Obito 'died' at 13. Which fits the timeline too, Obito spent 6 months rehabilitating, then rin incident, then he spent about 1.5~2 years training. I believe Obito attacked konoha right after Madara died after teaching him. Because only after the death of previous incarnation of Asura and Indra, new incarnation will be born. (Spoilers: This fact plays a major role in the story.) Also when Obito actually died, he was 31. Same as Kakashi. About them giving chunin exams together, I could only say that they didn't find a replacement for him on team so they let him participate (remember war was going on.) Also we know Guy and Obito gave exams together and we have seen Guy and Kakashi joining the academy together.
