Spoiler alert: This is the author's style. Everything in his story is about praise, elegance, and grandeur. But when it comes to taking action, he doesn't hesitate to distort the story with a variety of justifications, some logical and some illogical. I started reading knowing this because I wanted to see how dark the Witcher + Game of Thrones world could be, and even that was a disappointment.

Instead of this spell, how about casting an Anti-Apparated spell on your current location? I recall that in The Witcher, blocking space is a rare and time-consuming spell. Harry Potter is faster.
