The reason naruto could heal at such an accelerated pace was due to kurama's Chakra, so realistically the mc's healing factor shouldn't be anywhere close to naruto's

Overall a pretty good piece of literature with a solid plot and adequate Grammer. The biggest let down would have to be the ending, it's lack of an epilog leaves the story feel unfinished with a myriad of loose ends.
