Midoriyas body is comparable or stronger then cannon one when he first reached 20%. But I can start him off at 5% but at the end of the training arc he’s gonna have 20-30% since he has the body just not used to the quirk yet

( A/N In my personal opinion with Nagatos experience i believe he'd take a Stain kind of route, using Naruto as the image of a good hero. Or atleast having similar actions and personality to him. By the way sorry but I'll be skipping the whole training arc in a time skip since honestly its quite boring and I'll just be simplifying everything that happened in the time. Also since this isn't a harem type of route this won't be a long Fanfic focusing on other characters, I'll try to stretch it out as much as i can though, maybe 50-70 chapters at best. Since Nagato is way too OP for the MHA verse, but then again most of the work will be done by his reanimation corpses while he only judges others. I'll try to also lean into side characters and their development a bit though but i will say something, i hate Midoriya as a character with his garbage personality and development. So if there's hate towards him my bad but i won't stop. )
