While I appreciate you giving my story another chance, I just want to tell you how wrong you are when referring to Marid and his power. Yes it is true that he has barely used power up till this point in the fanfic, other than his brief show of power during his battle with Zill's lackeys where he showcased his mysterious ominous/greyish black power (something you will learn about it eventually), but please keep in mind that Marid is son of Sirzech and Grayfia (2 of the strongest Devils ever born) and has been training eversince he departed the underworld right after his and Rias match for the heirship of Gremory. Not to mention he is an alchemist and a master magician; just look at the inventions I have mentioned throughout the story. On the contrary, I actually believe I have made my MC way too powerful and have to work tirelessly to actually not make him an OP one-shot MC. If you are unsatisfied with my explanation, just wait till the Kokabeil and the peace meeting arcs; you will understand why I am limiting the limitless potential of my MC.

You want someone as old as Rias and who also is the son of the strongest two Devils their race ever produced, to be strong and and PoD? Man that story would lose its charm real quick. While i get people wanting to see MC one shot enemies, especially the ones are hated, but having a super stong MC can mess up ur story for good!

That truly is funny! There are some DXD stories where they have said the clan ability for the Gremory clan was 'charm'. I am thinking about using that idea in my story sometime later on~

Only high class Devils and when they get of age i think! It is mentioned somewhere on the DXD wiki. Ravel was one of the prime examples since, during the start of the series, she was considered a high-class Devil, but she wasn't given an evil piece. Ultimately it could be her choice but seeing how even Milicas didn't even have evil pieces and he was the son of lucifer, i am sticking by my idea regarding evil pieces, one i have mentioned above!

The point was to indicate that despite being gone for about six years from the underworld, Marid (MC) has had multiple mentors to guide him during his teenage years. Also, Marid is the same age as Rias, who is 18 years old, which makes him a legal adult. Not really a kid tbh. But thanks for the comment tho! I will make appropriate changes soon!

Dagon is the original heir to the Glasya-Labolas! The one that was heir before Zephydor. While the name of the original heir to the clan was never mentioned in the Light novels, I have named him Dagon and included him in my story!!

I get the issue regarding Diodra's power but the thing is the Rias and Marid's battle in the first chapter. That battle holds quite the significance in the storyline since it basically changes quite a lot of things from canon. For ex, that battle basically lit a fire of determination under everyone's bellies. It showcased what the two strongest of the next generation of Devils (Yes Rias was one of the strongest of Big Eight at the time) were capable of doing. Thats why not only Diodora, all the members of the big eight are stronger than in the canon. As far as Cleria belial go, i felt like she was never given enough limelight in the canon as she deserved. Plus, the sound of big eight sounds fabulous. I guess u could argue the sound of seven sounds good too since you link them with the seven deadly sins, but i wanted to do something with Cleria's character which is why made her the same age as everyone else!

Yumi is actually Tosco! She is the only other survivor of the holy sword project! The first one is Kiba!

Fair enough, but as I had hinted in the story early on and even in the later chapters, there was a reason Marid lost to Rias in that battle. And as far as him going on a journey with having no sense of direction during the time skip, lets just say I have plans for that. You will be seeing a glimpse of his journey during the Olympus meeting arc. Even though it is tough for me to see a reader go, I can't make you like something. Yes, she is stronger than her canon self cause she actually prepared for a one-on-one battle with Marid when she was young. Even since chapter 2, she is stronger than her canon self, but she is not that strong. I would say she would be as strong as she was in the kokabeil arc in the canon.

I am not nerfing or downplaying the Devils, but rather am showcasing the lethality and powerful nature of the Kuroshishi. Due to the MC being a Devil in the DXD canon, most of the casual fans have started to think that the Devils are the ultimate race! Which is not true at all. Devils are one of the most powerful races out there but even they have weaknesses.

Oh u mean the film name 'Chichore' ? While i am not indian, I do like to watch films that a good meaning to it. Someone recommended me that film so i watched it on YT !! Great film!
