Wasn’t Danzo considered a traitor? He’s locked up in that prison tower thing if I remember correctly. So really he has no influence and if his clan where to ally with him they’d be essentially betraying Konoha leading to a purge. Which would be suicidal for the clan.

Land of Snow No one really pays attention to it and it’s the one place where technological development and innovation actually happens. Bringing over some 21st century ideas and even basic theories would make you out to be an invaluable asset and genius and would help cement your position.
