Hmm, I've stopped reading fanfiction for about two years now but from my memory I'd recommend everything from Dark Wolf Shiro(The First Gamer story is pure smût you can avoid that, the rest are very enjoyable with protagonists as depraved as mine), Lucifer Morningstar (Try his DC and Naruto Son of Gato, his best from what I remember), Cambrian (focuses on smût), Holy Joker (I'm sure you've heard of him but just in case, his protagonists are what you'll find closest in resembling Tatsuya). I think the Protagonist of Reborn as a Skypean from Master4thWall was also an evil liar. That's all I can give you from the top of my head though generally those that like Evil Protagonists already know of these works/authors.
