Characters don't magically change overnight, and every choice has consequences sometimes ugly ones. That's just how life works. The MC isn't overpowered. He's strong, but he has limits. So maybe don't judge him before Chapter 17. (As of now, Patreon is already 50+ chapters ahead.) I'm aiming to make everything feel as real and logical as possible. Author is doing well. The story is going well and there are many new things which are different from cannon. I hope the mc trains all the Pokemon he catches as he has quite a few good ones.
