I've just realized this: why the King didn't create a Martial Artist Special Force after the Demon King Piccolo incident? Like Gero that create the Android to kill Goku, so the humanity didn't have to rely on an handful of fighter as defencer, but a whole army (image Nappa and Vegeta face an army of fighter with a PL of over 1000 instead only 6)
