Nope, it's 0.12 per second, because HP Regen is calculated as Vigour divided by 100. Since VIG is 12, the regen comes down to 0.12.

Oof, I made a whoopsie. He should've gotten a popup there asking if he wanted to level up, but it looks like I ended up writing it in after he dealt with thr dungeon boss instead.

The 20% shows the experience meter filling up before the skill reaches level 3.

For now, there is only a 1 week timeskip. There might be more in the future, but I'm gonna try to keep timeskips to a minimum.

I'm pretty sure it stands for Background Music. Think of it like an OST playing during a level or a boss fight.
