I am not saying you’re wrong but I was talking about the skill not the user, it doesn’t matter how powerful the skill is if the user is incapable of using it to it’s full potential. The fact is that his ultimate skill is broken beyond belief and in pure skill potential it is equal to Sataneal, arguably the most powerful /destructive sin series skill.

Then the wiki is wrong because that specific unique skill is used for mass annihilation, in terms of power Leon’s skill is comparable to Milim Nava’s Wrathful king Sataneal. Both can easily destroy universes, the reason they don’t destroy the cardinal world is because of the world tree that holds the world together along with them doing their best to hold back and minimize the damage their attacks create. When Milim went on a blind rampage it took the combine effort of two primordial demonds and Dagrull (someone on par with a true dragon, who intern are on level of Cosmic entities from marvel) to keep the world from breaking apart, not mention Guy (another being on par with a true dragon) who fought Milim to divert her wrath onto himself.
