I didn't read the books and I don't remember much about the movies, mainly the first ones and a bit of the others, but it's ok, there's magic and it's not one of the most dangerous worlds... Maybe? And three damn wishes, with limitations, but three damn wishes nonetheless. My theory is because Luffy ate the Gum Gum Fruit at the age of 7 and became a rubber humain his brain didn't develop properly and isn't working properly, the brain works by swnding electrical singals between neurons, but because Luffy is made of rubber his brain doesnt work as it should and didnt develop as it should ( by increasing the number kf neurons)

Can you stop with all the unnecessary flowery language? Just tell the story as it is. Every second sentence is a bunch of compliments to some character's ability, and it's really annoying. We got it the first time. There is no need to repeat it so many times
