The story started off good, but then it just kept going on a spiral of nonsense, in the beginning it was a goofy little slice of life story with some comedy sprinkled in, it was great(aside from some grammar errors) then it went from goofy to Tadano r*ping Yamai, the development of a second personality, some kind of weird memory fragment bs, and he’s the son of a Shinomiya, it feels like the author is spinning a wheel to add as many unnecessary developments as possible

At this point, this story is the perfect drinking game, take a shot every time we get the same old “Vince is mine he belongs to me” bs that has happened quite literally every single chapter as well as flashbacks anytime he says anything related to another person that could’ve just stayed as it was with the brief description

I think Maruki was a very well written character and it showed a huge difference in opinion between the ‘free’ life Maruki wanted to give to others versus the freedom to overcome the actual reality, and my favorite confidant was Futaba, watching her try to get out there and leave her shell was amazing
