Five star review by the author, yay! 👍✨ Well anyways, let's get into some story related explanations and marketing schemes by yours truly: ✨me✨ First things first, what can you expect from this story? 1. Mystery plot line with a lot of twists that you didn’t expect (if you did expect it, then hats off to you mate! 2. A dark but fantastical world. It may not seem so at first, but there in Japanese mythology influences to this, so buckle up for some minor horror! Lovecraftian won’t be too far off either. ( ͡°͜ʖ͡–)✨ 3. A straight faced liar of an MC. He has the amazing skill of making people believe his bullshit👌✨ How do I explain him...internal panic but outwardly rizz? He's goofy and serious at the same time I guess. 4. Characters who are scheming shits. Perhaps even steaming shits. You'll find a few good eggs in there I promise. 5. There's no cheat system, nor will the MC ever be overpowered. It's a simple fact of this world that strength doesn't equal power, lies on the other hand... 6. No harem. Just thought I'd add that because everyone on here seems to feel the need to clarify. My thoughts are simple: Ew. Gross. Here ends my marketing scheme. I bid you farewell until the day we reunite, when you decide to read the first chapter and are caught in its snare, never to be set free hence forth.

I really liked the fresh take on the whole "gate and hunter" genre! It's Cool how you can really see how much history characters have with each other. It's also cool how the story takes place in India. It doesn't happen very often, so I appreciate that!

This is honestly very well written, with the story flowing very well from chapter to chapter. I personally like the writing style, but can't help worrying about what happened in the prologue. Is her fiance really that much of an ass? I hope she kicks his ass honestly.

This was so...heartwarming, and beautifully poetic. You can just feel a sense of etherealness to how this whole story is written! I don't know how else to describe it but its a perfect type of writing style for a romance, in my humble opinion! I normally don't like love at first sight type of stories, but I think this was very well executed, so I'll make an exception!

Eddie is so fun, as a main character and just in general! The way this is written is so charming, with characters that have a certain life and charm to them. I don't know how best to explain it, but it's really fun to read! I have to admit that even though I like it, the writting and descriptions themselves are a bit lacking. The story moves at a break neck pase at the start, and the description in the present tense is a bit off putting, making it a bit hard to imagine what is happening. But....I like it! I'm Actually gonna keep reading it in my own time cause Eddie is so fun lol

I honestly really like the flow of the writing here! It seems so natural and introduces the characters in a way that actually kind of manages to keep my interest ( I’m a bit of a stingy reader lol). Although I’m not that knowledgeable about romance novels, the set up of the early drama with the paparazzi was honestly interesting to me, not to mention well written! It’s a bit fast pased, but I can definitely see this being adapted into a webtoon or something, it just gives me that webtoon feeling.

I really liked how simple but effective and dynamic the descriptions were, but that itself was what I found to be the weakness of this novel as well. The mystery about why Leon thought the way he did, and did what he did, was genuinely interesting and engaging from the start, but the short and sweet descriptions made it a little hard for me to get attached to the characters, not that it's necessarily a bad thing. I think it’s more that fast pased stories aren’t my favourite thing in the world, but I do think the concept itself is interesting enough for me to keep reading!
