Could use some type a conjured meter to ground the lighting
Water ball is a 6 cm diameter of water, but it can distract or make an enemy flinch at least. Lightning is actually really dangerous, but it is impossible to aim it. After half a meter (20 inches), it just darts off at random. Fireball is becoming useful, it still can't kill, but it can cause fear, flinch and blind the enemy if hits in the head. - James_Sloan_01574mthCommented

Before any of you say anything, this is just a minor spat between friends. I noticed that I haven't really developed any of Harry's friends' characters. It was an oversight on his part. I guess I'm mirroring my thoughts towards Harry, since I did, in fact, neglect their character development.
