did you read the novel or just comment after reading the synopsis ? sometimes I can't tell if it's bots reviewing or actual living people since there was no review here only a biased view. yes authors do have a nationalistic view at times but their target readers are in China. we like their story telling at times and also understand other country writers do also have their own nationalism vibes. I've read plenty of novels and minus the narrow minded rasict novels, many militaristic stories have their own national vibes. it's normal to be proud of your own nation. it's also good to note that this is a novel from an author of that nation for its own people, not designed for an international audience. Sheesh, the blind ranting when you are in Antarctica and comparing it to Rome is funny and shows your narrow views.
