Does the author have anything against Christianity. Because bro has been cursing Jesus and God for so many chapters now. After Chinese nationalism now we have to deal with this? Anyways the Mc is selling gerniun Ak for like 200 dollars. Where in the world will you get a bargain like this. He claims he is arm trafficking for money and in order to gets those firearms, he has to kill criminals who have points tagged on them. Now, here lies the case where he can't just go around shooting and bombing every mf in the prison. So his his golden finger has a huge restriction. And obviously I'm sure the author is going to create a lot of plot for the mc to gain points. Yet still bro sells those guns so cheap.
Exactly. for someone to reach his level, I'm sure their intelligence should be pretty high. Heck, a random human thrown in to another world doesn't start yaping out their origin or secret. I came to learn that one of the most expensive thing you can get in a new world is information and for someone whose whole philosophy of power is equivalent exchange, he did get the shorter end of the stick in the trade off at the beginning
Yh right. 24 years of age, fought monsters , made allies , fell in love, got backstabbed, got reborn and you call someone who has experienced this naive?
Let's skip that mild NTR for now because I might right a whole article on it. Now, the MC becomes pissed about some spider killing humans ( As if he didn't kill any monster before), goes on to bullshit us about not giving two f*cks whether he being Hippocratic or not then later on goes to began a godforsaken Santa Claus. If you really want to vent your anger, why should you give a rat ass about some f*ckers who have clearly come to poke their nose in to your business. He even apologized after restoring the damage he made When the event clearly happened in some forest not in anyone's Capital or some city. He owes them nothing.. I've read books about protagonists having billions but not being wasteful with thousands. Yet, this guy is compensating people for coming to tell him his actions can either save or destroy the world ( everybody f*cking know from chapter one. It's like general knowledge). What does our mc do after hearing the news, " oh, let me compensate you" . Bro was trying to return to that woman who NTR'd him to the extent that the elf queen could see it dripping his face. What a disappointment
Exactly the type of novels I drop most a times. I don't get the ideology behind the frequent use of enemy turn to allies tag. Like you can't make me hate someone then all of a sudden, because of some BS family love or flashback or some other ally convinces the mc to accept the enemy, they suddenly paint a red target green. It kind of leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
Dropped this novel 6 years ago just to come find a comment stating the reason. Also, why create a character of that caliber just to be mom. I mean this novel might push readers more towards novels with lots of incest.
As someone who particularly favours 1 on 1 romance over harems, this novel just left a bitter taste in my mouth even after days of dropping it. The mc has trust issues because of his "lab rat" experience so I get the fact that some obsessive love interest is introduced to counteract that. But starting a novel with an emotional black mc who just lost trust in humanity and decided to embrace his monster life, and quickly bringing in some powerful b*tch just ruined the solo movement expectation I had about the mc . Below was my imagination in the early chapters ✓ terrorize and completely wipe out the town ✓ analyze a comprehensive assessment of power and abilities and the way forward in his evolution ✓ and finally grows strong by low-key taking advantage of the demon hunters manpower Now I don't know if these points are realized in the later chapters but to me, the action of introducing a stronger character very early on just felt like him in a larger one-man lab still undergoing experimentation. The only difference is the researches for that girl.
Exactly my point. If the mc has a system but still ends up getting beaten after fights then I better stop waisting my braincells trying to imagine a 6 chapter fight and just go watch some regular fight on YouTube because to me , the system gives him no advantage at all. I don't get the fact that he has all the knowledge about a fighting style, he trains like mad yet still he doesn't dominate the fights
So I kind of hate "enemies turn to ally " tag in novels because you can't just paint a red target on someone, then all of a sudden due to some flashbacks, back story, plot twist or some mysterious revelations they become friends and then you expect the readers to chill. First game had some red arrow girl who god know how many times she wanted to kill the mc, but what did he do? He let her go scot free for absolutely no reason. I let it off cuz the author claimed shes the female lead. Second game had another crazy girl who wanted to kill the mc multiple times too, but for me to only witness her disappear too? Now that was frustrating . If low level players could just use some life card to bail out of difficult situations, then I feel like restrictions mean nothing in the game. Now to the mc, if he had resigned from his job quietly, there would be no need for the assassination of his sister. But the mc just had to open his stupid mouth, insult the boss and punch him in the face for a comment that had no mental, physical or infact spiritual effect on his sister. Here was the bosses comment. "Take your payment for today? Who what to pay a rascal like you? now get out of here and go die with that pathetic sister of yours!" Yh, I'd be pissed if someone said that to my sister( if I had one ). But teaching the guy a lesson after leaving the workplace would have held no consequences. So much for someone had died once.
I was really in to this novel, like canceling my schedule for the day just to read this novel because of the op mc, cool personality, doest play by the rules, doesn't act cowardly in front of people stronger than him, solo mc, not the overly humble mc, "really plans before acting", etc. But all of a sudden bro got an unfair deal where he has to enter some one man rift and fight some monster who has already killed seven people stronger than him. He accepts the deal cuz he stands to benefit personally from it though he had some resentment attached. Now after experiencing a near death situation, what does he do? He breaks in to a party full of level 500, 900 and even a level 1000 ( bro was level 32 at that time ) beats some kids and even called the fucker who nearly f*cked his life "father in law", then Leaves like he had accomplished something. It was very frustrating to see someone who carefully thinks of every step he takes act recklessly without getting any benefit rather painting a f*cking red dot on his back making more enemies. First 100 chapters was a friggin 5 stars for me but just continued deteriorating as the chapters pile up I really liked the mc, but that stunt he pulled ( plot armor) was just the final straw that broke the camels back. Well, I've dropped the novel but good job to the author for making my day enjoyable .
