So rq, saitama only got that strong because he broke his limiter by not letting his muscles rest. Because what everyone else does is train then rest train then rest. Not saitama, do you know why after his first year he still had trouble keeping up with that schedule? It’s because he didn’t let those muscles rest, but he worked through it and then broke his limiter. That’s when his hair slowly started to fall out.
