This is one thing that kind of annoys me in fanfics sometimes, inventing a scenario and then acting as if the original character is incompetent for not having solved or done something simple that just wasn’t in the story. Like getting somebody’s powers and then being like “oh, if I focus on my heart, I get 110% stronger. Why didn’t the original character do this? Maybe they’re stupid?” When said action had no basis in the actual original story. And this isn’t really about this fanfic, just a trend in fanfics in general that I’m not a fan of.

Because this just doesn’t make any sense. This is over 100 million in US dollars and no matter how many bandits you hunt, there is no way that he can earn that much from them.

Going native (dragon ball), the saga of the runt (saga of Tanya the evil/warhammer40k), ghost in the city (cyberpunk), Path of ruin (Star Wars), man off the moon (mass effect/fate) [kinda doesn’t count, but is good] Personally, I’d try gone native first, since that is my favorite of the list

Overall I find it an interesting read. It was definitely very rocky at the start with descriptions, dialogue and the overall idea of a person’s game avatar becoming their body in the Star Wars universe not being very well implemented at the start. However, as chapters go by, I can already see a marked improvement in all areas of writing, and I think a good example of that was simply the improvement in description and flow of writing that we see in the nightmare sequence. Also, if you end up reading this, author, I wouldn’t take a lot of comments on mc’s morality to heart as the average Webnovel reader is used to reading wish fulfillment stories with amoral or completely immoral mc’s that usually lack greater depth, not to say that it isn’t somewhat a wish fulfillment story, but still is good you are making an an attempt to add depth to your characters. One thing I would personally recommend if you want to take the time is to just check over the wiki a little bit to better familiarize yourself with the Star Wars races, but that’s Something that’s really up to your own discretion. Anyway, have fun writing the story, I’ll try to keep up to date with it.
