the maximum amount of cursed energy you have is determined at birth, what changes when you grow up is how much you can use of what you already have without blowing yourself up, the only way I know of to increase cursed energy would be in the form of a binding vows, That said, I'd also like to point out that in reality sukuna, gojo and yuta don't have infinite cursed energy, it's just that they have so much cursed energy and can regenerate it so quickly that it seems infinite in the case of sukuna and gojo they regain cursed energy faster than they spend it if I don't remember.

If not for my humbling against Atlas, I'd probably have gotten lost in my power. You misunderstood me, I agree that it would make sense for members of the lucifer family to have a unique ability related to their clan, it's just that the writer of dxd never mentioned what that ability would be, whether in the anime, light novel or manga, due to this several creators if fanfic created themselves a power for the descendants of lucifer, which was probably where this ability you spoke of came from.

He is not, I actually believe that he is stronger than any other devil who has ever been born apart from Sirzechs and Ajuka, while the ability you spoke of, honestly you must have seen it in a fanom wiki, because in the official wiki of the work the descendants of lucifer do not even have a unique ability like the power of destruction, just an absurdly high amount of demonic energy, so this must be a skill created by some fan.

Frankly I was wondering the same thing, I theorize that due to Nyarla his mind is already partially "wounded", so to speak, and as a way to deal with this he ends up having some contradictory thought forms that try to "normalize" the situation.
"Trust me, even if it's for free. The downside to the whole thing isn't worth it." I answered, trying not to sigh in disbelief at how easily Nyarla ate the whole thing like nothing.
