You never said that our MC sat up which means he was eating the ML's *sausage* while lying down, which sounds very uncomfortable. Additionally, his head was moved by the ML, wich doesn't work if his head is already against the ground. Maybe I missed some tiny sentence or something, thus confusing me, but either way I guess it doesn't matter too much as it was non-necessary *activities*.
