So frustrating! Webnovel shouldn’t say it’s completed when Chapter 139 ends on a cliffhanger 😤 This story is different from other transmigration stories I’ve read where the FL has lived multiple lives and acquired many different skills which she carries though to her current life. And no one seems to ask her where her skills were obtained from, even though she is only 18 🤦‍♀️ Also, her 5 sons, who act like brothers to her, are around the same age?? Why they appear hasn’t been fully explained either. Would have loved to see this continue as the FL is strong and can look after herself even though the ML and her sons still protect her. So annoyed that I won’t know what will happen unless I look for the novel version.

⚠️ Spoilers Ahead ⚠️ This is a really fascinating story, I really enjoyed it. The story between two clans; the bird clan and snake clan makes you question whether different species (cultures/races) can truly live in harmony. The ML and FL have a love/hate relationship but come together for the greater good of their people. I couldn’t put the story down so read it quickly. Although, I’m not entirely happy with the ending. It does end but leaves the reader with questions. Love and sacrifice do prevail and the ML and FL do meet again so I suppose a season 2 may not be needed but I would like to see their story continue.

Really interesting concept. The FL made me laugh 😊 Also liked the fact that the comic is completed with extra chapters/side story after the main ending. Very quick read (story doesn’t drag) so don’t need to spend too many FP and coins.

⚠️ SPOILER AHEAD ⚠️ This was a really interesting read. It gave the impression the story was about BL but didn’t end up that way. It was more about obsession, manipulation and control. The title “Lie By The Pillow” is appropriate. The drawing quality started off really well, then got worse as the comic continued. It didn’t really get better towards the end. The story has an ending although it seems rushed towards the end. There were parts that the summary in Chapter 000 did not address e.g. FL was pregnant and then lost the baby…..no storyline there 🤷‍♀️ Overall an ok read but wouldn’t be using FP or coins. I would wait for free reading if you have a membership.

Was enjoying the story until it ended abruptly. As other reviewers have stated, the comic is incomplete. Whether there is another season…..🤷‍♀️ The FL originally wanted to get rid of her 4 fiancés but slowly starts to develop a relationship with all of them. Each fiancé has their own reason for why they agreed to the engagement with the FL. Who knows who she will end up with. My guess is Lord Pei Jin. 🤞the story continues…..

What an amazing plot! So many twists and turns and sacrifices for love. I loved this story. So much happens and really only makes sense after finishing. Without giving anything away, the ML is a bit of jerk at the beginning but there are reasons…..persevere to get a full understanding. The FL was rather stupid and naive initially but seems she really forgot herself……she redeems herself at the end.

The manga has a sweet storyline with HEA. The character drawings are beautiful. The ML is a yandere who does everything to protect the FL even though she is strong enough to look after herself. Some parts were rushed so it didn’t make sense but you can get the general gist of the plot. Side characters added additional storylines but unfortunately some were not well developed and there was no conclusion for some of them. Overall I enjoyed it as a quick read for a Sunday afternoon.

Enjoyed the story and glad it had a proper ending with side stories and prequel. ML is endearing although a bit stupid…..he doesn’t recognize his best buddie (FL) is a girl 🙄 Supporting characters are great and also have their own plots.

Loved this comic. It was different from other historical comics I’ve read with the plot and sub-plots well developed with resolutions at the end. The FL has a second chance at life and makes the most of it. She wants to do everything herself but has the support of the ML who intervenes when he needs to. Great plot and character development with good supporting characters. The bonus chapters were a nice end to a well developed story.

I really enjoyed this comic. It is completed for season one and it does end nicely but there is more to the plot and mystery behind the main characters. The FL has lost her memory and the ML is trying to help her get it back. He lost her once before and doesn’t want that to happen again so he is trying to be patient while she figures out her past. They have been given a second chance at love. The chibis are really cute 🥰 and supporting characters are well developed too. The ML’s youngest brother is also very funny. I look forward to season 2.

Another comic that is incomplete or dropped from translation 🤦‍♀️ I was really enjoying the story until it stopped. The FL is cute and funny and almost able to charm her way through any situation. Unfortunately the ML still does not want to see her, no matter how hard she tries to get his attention. I was hoping to see if the FL can cure the ML and for them to have a HEA.

⚠️ Trigger Warning ⚠️ I couldn’t read any further after the FL was r@ped by the ML at Chapter 10. He does have trauma but that doesn’t excuse his actions. He is unreedemable for me so have dropped. The story was had some grit and I wished I could read further but I can see it is a very dark book and believe it will continue to be that way before they reach their ending.

I’m so sad 😭 I was hoping there would be a HEA. The story has ended on a cliffhanger. Looks like it’s only completed for season 1. I hope season 2 is available soon. The FL is strong, perhaps a bit too strong where she can’t let go of her past life (she transmigrated) and it dictates her decisions in her new life where she does not choose love because of those past hurts. The ML doesn’t understand why the FL acts so indifferently towards him even though he tries to appease her in this new life. I felt so bad for him. The art reminds me of My Chubby Princess especially the FL. The plot is well developed. I really hope there is a season 2 because the characters need their HEA!

This comic was ok. The ML is the typical overbearing CEO and the FL is weak and naive but can also be aggressive at times. I found her a bit brainless where she ended up in unfavorable situations due to her own naivety and stupidity. I only finished it because I wanted to know the ending but don’t recommend it. There are better stories out there.

Love this comic! One of my favourites. The artwork is beautiful. The FL is funny, assertive and has a strong sense of justice. The ML is handsome and supports and protects his leading lady well. ❤️ the comedy, romance and storyline. Looking forward to the finish!
