You are Missing the point here. Seiji is currently in the year 849, way before the Graduation arc where Bertholdt attacks Trost. and even farther away from the first time Eren can come into contact with a Titan with Royal blood to enable him use the Founding Titan by Mistake. The MC has six Months to stay here. I haven't decided how everything will pan out but I plan to have him complete everything he needs in Six Months. If Seiji takes away the True Power Of The founder in those Six months, the timeline never even reaches the graduation. Eren from the past has no possibility where he even learns how to use the Founder before it is taken away. If the past Eren loses the Founder, Future one automatically doesn't exist to actually have the chance to cause any Trouble. Of course, there Is one possibility which is if That Future Eren is in a place unaffected by time and space for the Time paradox to catch up with him which is The Paths, but it will catch up at some point. Just not immediately. I am still deciding whether to have a Future Eren causing Trouble behind the scenes or Just stick with regular Time travel logic where no Possibility of Past Eren growing to Future Eren means No Future Eren. Plus there is one More Major plot twist I have prepared that will Just drive down this fact even More.
