He wore the standard Shinigami Shihakushō made up of a white shitagi (shirt), a black kosode (jacket), a black hakama (pants), a white hakama-himo(cloth belt), white tabi (socks), and waraji (straw sandals). The only thing that set him apart was the bright contrasting minimalist white long overcoat he wore over it all.

this feels like too little too late: he's already told them his real name which means Aizen will learn it soon enough. it would have been a good plan otherwise
To avoid the remote chance that Aizen might have investigated the poor human that White killed and managed to remember its name he had convinced the others to act like his name was Jack A. Boreas. They had decided to at least for now have Harribel act like she was the leader publicly since that was the assumption Aizen had made given that she had been the leader of the Tres Bestias. This would allow them to hide Hisashi's position a little from the rest of Las Noches and get the others to underestimate him some.
