You did let Fate, Destiny, and whatnot, have a whole bunch of things to empower. Since the tribulation laws were to restore the luck debt to fate and destiny, so fate an' Destiny have latched onto those; because it's more direct than having the future of the person be absolutely terrible. So, it makes sense, that even though you created them. You can't even control them, because the fundamental concepts/forces have taken what you made. And made them better/affect everything, including yourself.

Actually, that brings up a question... where the f**k did he even get those from? The Weaponmasters? I mean, as long as you can afford to pay; they'll make you a wide variety of stuff, so it's possible. Or did he have his peoples scientists make them? He has them do that for his other robots, so it's possible. Side note, Ben should make some online defenses; like an ever-evolving/changing firewall, that way he doesn't have to worry about online viruses in the extranet.

The next course of action should probably be to go graymatter, when he's on the ship again, and plan out a whole bunch of stuff (be it altering, upgrading, etc. That needs to be done to the ship). And maybe even go ultimate, to make sure that everything is covered, then go upgrade; look over the plans, maybe even go ultimate, and just renovate the ship to suit his current needs.
