I think they meant that he was three years old that very same year he was gonna have his birthday. so technically, in that current year, they considered him 3 years old, perhaps because he had his birthday a few days later. idk

he's 4 foot tall. enough for some mature teenagers at the shorter end where I'm from.

he's 3 and yet he's as tall as my 10 year old little bro who's 10 ;-;
