if I'm understanding your message right that those entities are following the cliche on novels, then yes. as for the reason, simply because they made it easy for the humans to adopt to the system thing since a lot of people are familiar to it. Since they want to help (on the surface that is, there might be a motive you know hehe) then they will make it more effective in that way. hope you get my meaning

kinda, because people are envious of his wifw and that's why he got insulted by the irrational people around him, saying he is not worthy for Sophie. Hope you get my meaning :)
But, just like how everything in the world change with time, his father also changed. He became violent, explosive, and easily angered because of what the people kept saying to him, saying how lucky of a man is he to catch someone like Sophie. He opened his eyes and as expected, he saw three woman that for him can be compared to three beautiful angels. All of them were sleeping soundly with smile on their faces as they snuggled against him, as if they were babies that don't want to separate from their parents. (What a lucky guy.)
