yea for some reason when reading it I feel as if I'm not able to focus on the translation.. takes a lot of effort to read which takes the enjoyment out of it

could you mention a few which haven't been translated but are nice? I find it harder to start reading a novel with mtls as it becomes hard to understand if the novel is good from reading beginning few chapters in mtl
