Yes and No, like Naruto can unlock all affinities via quests and jutsus but Naruto has to get his hands on 7 different jutsu and be able to perform them one time which is speaking very hard but naruto can do the same with skill stone runes ( you know the things that can give you random skills like spirit possession) Naruto can use them on his skill table to unlock jutsu ( also, I am going to be giving Naruto more unique Uzumaki clan esque jutsu involving seals and elements )

The Hyuga are too traditionalist and egotistical so them seeing Hinata use the Neko Te and gentle fist side by side, isn't going to go well and it would add the beginining of Hinata's character arc. Plus if I added like Hinata using a bow then logically the clan wouldn't care as much as to put her in a situation where she has to grow, rather they would just mock her. same with the fist techniques. Example: if Hinata use fist techniques ( yeah it would be shocking but what I want to write isn't going to happen ) Hyuga: Haha, the princess of the hyuga yet she abandons the gentle fist for an inferior style. What a loser? ... Example where Hinata uses bow and arrow. Hyuga: The Hyuga are always close range fighters, how dare she becomes this long range fighter, pathetic. ( same situation but she can also use gentle fist so i don't see the big reaction ) ... example when Hinata uses Neko Te + gentle fist. Hyuga: How dare you try to destroy our traditions our heritage? see from the example 3* Hinata would put in a situation forcing her to grow or break and obviously she is going to grow.

Ranged Combat? They are close combat monsters. the Neko Te is for me to give something for Hinata to stand out. peculiarity kinda dies down when every Hyuga can do the exact same thing and we have Neji who can what Hinata can but better. My goal was to give Hinata a weapon that can challenge her as a character and develop her as a fighter and as a person, having the extra lethality of her unique style contrasting with her personality and how that affects her.

The gentle fist ruptures organs from the inside out hence the technique is meant for killing. The bow and arrow are a nice suggestion but I wanted to add my own twist to the gentle fist rather than going a different route for Hinata like she has the weapons to make you a Swiss cheese yet she is reserved and shy and meek, an interesting contrast and dynamic for her character. Plus her more lethal weapon can help her transition to be a more aggressive fighter and stand up for herself. And for the record, Nagato can do missiles because of the rinnegan, so sniper rifle is off the table because Tenten doesn't have the blueprint to make a sniper rifle. Look, just trust me, i have a plan for why i am giving Hinata this weapon. Just let me cook bu'll tell you the reasons why: 1- It adds to Hinata's character that she has such a deadly and lethal weapon that can help her grow more aggressive as a fighter but her personality isn't going to take a shift rather her fighting style. 2- It would make her stand out from the rest of the Hyuga, them using the gentle fist but Hinata has her own twist on it because of her friends Tenten and Hinata. 3- It gives Hinata a challenge as the Hyuga won't like her change and would oppose it and since this is a gift from her friend, Hinata is going to put in the spot light because she is harming tradition of the gentle fist, either to stand up not for herself but for her friends or like stay down. Naruto had 27 Stat points, all of his stats were 8 except luck which was ?, according to the requirements for Shinobi class. he used 4 points on STR he used 4 points of DEX he used 2 points on CON he used 3 points on INT he used 2 points on WIS he used 1 point on CHA he used 3 points on VIT he used 4 points on LUC ( even though his luck is ?, he still needed 12 points luck as requirement ) So he got 4 left

If you want to debate the ethics of the Hyuga clan, debate it with someone else. I presented why I added the green goggles to the story because it made Naruto and Hinata have a bigger connection, it gave me a chance to do some cool world building. If that all isn't acceptable because you think, that the Hyuga's would force their children to go blind because wearing protecting is weakness. Neji was never made an heir because of traditions and the Hyuga clan not wanting to change their ways. But what we know is that the Hyuga would do anything to protect their bloodline so your deranged comment on their forcing their children to go blind is your own wild interpretation of the story.
