shame seiya's pegasus cloth final isn't like tenma's pegasus cloth. I liked the full body pegasus cloth better

I would say parasect and randomize a dragon type. parasect has a bunch of powder/spore moves you could use for crowd control. that's just what I think. you should definitely randomize a dragon type.

I can only think of garchomp for dual type dragons, joltik and its evolution for dual electric/bug type. can't think of any dual grass type right now

This is the best Rock Era pirate story that I have found and one of the best OC character stories that I have read. There are lots of background and character growth.
