They are both words however I would say sometimes the use of these words is questionable. Alchemical is more of a discriptor and is usually used before words like reaction or process. It is used similar to the word chemical from chemistry. As for blacksmithing I would say that was a better use for it but I would simplify it to just smithing as or forging. The reason for this is there are different types of smithing based on types of metal worked with and skills used during crafting. Example being whitesmiths and silversmiths being a thing too. Don't order items that are made from a white or silver smith from a blacksmith the skills are different and they usually get mad due to ignorance. Oh and adding ing to the end just makes it the action of the forging process.
