Nature and Nurture. How would a version of Harry that had grown up in a positive environment, muggle or magical, act? the attitude to learning, to magic, to anything? In this FF, him growing up with the Dursleys crippled his will/drive to achieve something or to believe in himself. Meeting Ron, and without Hermiones assistance, sealed the deal.
5th year starts in 95. It's still currently November, I think.
Well, it would only take about 10 sec...
yeah, instead of letting the obliviator handle the registration, they let a muggle do it and pay the obliviator to sneak up behind him and obliviate him constantly.
I guess Felix is more flexible and has a greater range of "high end abilities" but Dumbledore has stronger "cooldowns" and a higher burst potential. But after Dumbledore used that ability against Voldemort he lost most of his strength, permanently.
I guess this is how JKR wanted to portrait her version of Dumbledore, but because the HP series consisted of 7 books, all of which introduced new magics/concepts he ended up as a pretty callous kind of person when you look at Dumbledore in book 1-5/6 from the perspective of book 6/7.
isnt that an increase in % based on his actual lvl? so, at least 5x his actual haki lvl?
it somehow feels like the system points arent a %multiplier anymore but a definite max ability lvl.
