well John kind of right, jack is clearly gonna end up with grace who's whole character is: likes jack jealous and I guess kind while I do love this novel I wish some characters were more developed or jack had another love interest

if the author tries to make a redemption arc for matheson I'm dropping the novel

yes the most idiotic thing a mage that does and will do no fighting not investing in dexterity or strength. it's fine if the author want's to go that way but people should really stop acting like this is the beat choice for a magic class

really great work what I think the author could add was the side jobs, skills and status of the MC in an auxiliary chapter or whatever the chapters before 1 are called
