Most bullets are still mostly lead only jacketed in different metals. It does not change that the only metal that is Magnetic is ferrous metal also known as Iron. Unless you have a steel bullet or an alloy metal with Iron mixed within it is not magnetic.

This story is beyond crazy. Maybe this type of story is just not right for me. The characters are bland and don't feel real. Being so Op from the start is better for a slice of life because it would focus on character development. For a shonen story like this to be so strong from the start feels like a waste of time. The whole time I spent reading this I could not find a reason to care about it. I'm no genius writer so I prob missed the point.

I have a hard time understanding what you are saying, but I think you are saying that you should have a balance of freedom and safety? It's logical and would be a very reasonable thing if not for politicians existing. These people are not your friend, they do not have your best interest in mind. If they could have complete control at any point, they would make it happen. Armed citizens are the only safeguard against tyranny. Helping them establish a license system that would help keep track of people is not smart.
