It talks about how the vampire prince, Arthur kills innocent Dragons and sucks their blood. But a prophesy of a new dragon age was prophesied. Arthur heard the prophesy and to stop the prophesy from manifesting, he seek for more powers. He received the demonic power from the demon king. And he also received help from aliens. But the new dragon age came to life and they all came together to stop the Pendragon - Dragon Slayer. Chapter 1-35 is all about the vision of the future that a dragon had.
