To many mistakes

I want to know if there is any system for power ups or levels..Until now I don't see anyand how does the MC get strong? only through meditation!!? and does he get any energy in his body or something through the meditation!! if so what's the name of tye energy and how does he store it ?

Then how did the MC get his ability from Null ..While the others can't get the ability of the other lvl9 specter..Maybe there is some conditions to fulfil
