A few alts ? And people really use bots ? Didn't know about that
Surprising take. I can confidently say that I would never, ever wrote myself in my own stories - if I was even a tiny bit like the Shoto I'm pretty sure I would be one of the worst person on earth. It's not because authors write some things in their stories or because their characters have certain beliefs that the author share them too - I am merely trying to write what a (at the start) morally grey individual thrust in a world with superpowered killers and as a pretty privileged child would end up looking like. Concerning Touya, I believe it is up to personal preferences. Thank you for your review, hope you still had a nice reading experience.
Haven’t finished writing it yet and I keep on adding lore so maybe around chapter 200
Interesting take. It is true that writing reincarnated characters is very difficult especially when you hesitate between making them look like full fledged adults or like younger people when needed - honestly Shoto is the first and last reincarnated character I'm ever gonna write. I wouldn't say that he is obsessed with his father (even if I know it may seem like that sometimes, which is a trope I dislike), it's more that he loves him very much, he's aware of it, and he wants to make him proud, like any other child with their parent. It's just more prevalent in this story because he never loved anyone in his first life so he's a bit swept over. Concerning going to Italy : Shoto knows it, he said it himself at some point in the story (can't remember which chapter) but he doesn't want to go because he knows Endeavor will stay behind and things will get significantly more difficult as Shoto fucked up the canon. So yeah, he's kinda forced to stay until either AFO dies or Endeavor retire. Concerning the mercenary fight, your point is a valid one as someone else told me about it : I only intended to write someone not used to high intensity fights that don't solve in either party's death, and Shoto himself stated he was stalling because for the first time in his life he was having fun with someone able to fight. I thought it was clear for readers that if Shoto went all out, he would have destroyed them all easily. That's the point of the transition we're getting through : mindless Shoto, acting however he wants, and improved, more matur e Shoto, tho still the same at his core. Anyway, thank you very much for your review, you had very valid arguments and I can see why you interpreted this story as you did.
Final chapter of part 2
Honestly it's nothing compared to what I'm cooking. The last arc of part 2 is gonna be insane, and part 3 will be a whole other level with us really getting to the bone of the story
I don't agree with the mach 1 speed, this would be way too crazy for someone who barely started training. Otherwise I guess I wasn't clear enough/maybe I translated it badly - hopefully I improved as I went on and things are not as confusing anymore
People die - honestly, killing and crippling characters is probably the thing I do the most in this story. Touya is a very, very particular case - I won't spoil, but there is a very, very important reason (plot wise) why he is not dead. Anyway, thank you very much for your review, still glad you had a nice time reading as much as you did.
Terrorist is the final act, the end goal of the story : I am writing Shoto's story from the beginning until the end to show how he became the one we saw in the prologue. I won't spoil anything but Shoto is going to change throughout the story and will have various perspectives on different matters.
No animal summon, I consider them Deus Ex Machina and Shoto is already OP enough with fuinjutsu. Maybe in my next fic (a naruto one) but I gotta work around what is the advantage for summons in contract with ninjas before that
Meh, technically you're right because honestly Shoto's fuel is spite throughout 99% of this story.
