It's hilarious to me how many authors stick their pregnant omegas in the bath all the time. Pregnant women aren't supposed to take them, so the omegas are luckier than us I guess.

I loved this novel, so much so that I've started it over to reread it multiple times. This is a truly great Guideverse novel. I really prefer guideverse when the guide is truly an equal partner, and in this both the main guide and esper are cool and powerful, but also have significant moments of vulnerability. There's also a great variety of scenes- action, mystery, but also family drama and cute dates. I also particularly enjoy many of the side characters, who are well fleshed out for this type of novel. My personal favorites were the Han brothers, Alma, and Zhan. The side stories are pretty good too.

I'm rooting for Lucretia, since it has Lucre inside. And they can call her Lucy for short!

This was really a wonderful ending, I'm so glad to see it all the way through! Can't wait for the side stories ;)

So cute! My cousin got married on a ship with the captain officiating. It's a pretty common way to get married where I live.

The banter between the leads is hysterical. Good plot, good characters, and great dialogue.
