so quick thing misconception there are three different types of martial arts and for every martial arts there are practitioners of all the three like with karate there is show karate competition karate and proper military karate one is trained to be flashy one is done for sport and the final is for killing and efficiency so no matter what martial art you do there will be those three categories for each like if you compare black belts across them the competition one would loose to the martial one and the show one will loose to both every time

yes but perfect sage mode isn't have access like that but yeah Kurama learned sage mode and so when Naruto befriended Kurama he could have Kurama gather nature energy and create an effectively infinite supply of nature chakra directly supplemented allowing for infinite use of sage mode hashirama did something similar but instead just allowed his body to permanently be in sage mode so he had instant and infinite access to sage mode

no he had it as stated by the toads during Naruto's training though his not using it cause it's too slow is headcanon and the reason he doesn't use it probably has more to do with the time limit and how long it takes to charge up
