Itachi would easily watch some random nobodies die on the street. They are less relevant to him than the innocent kin that he slaughtered. To Itachi, only his younger brother mattered. Do you think Itachi did what he did for the sake of peace? No. He did it because he knew that the village would win and that his brother would die in the process. He just wanted Sasuke to live. I don't understand why people fanboy him so much.

Ninjutsu is simply garbage and a waste of Chakra. Better specialize in Kenjutsu and find a way to boost your physical attributes.

Kakashi is one year younger than Asuma and Kurenai. Anko is 2 years younger than Kakashi. Anko is the same age as Kotetsu and Izumi. I recommend reading the timeline book I posted.
