But why does the transition from chapter 39 volume 1 to chapter 40 volume 2 is a bit off? What happen to the plot that the unification of all nations cooking against King Tech? And from chapter 41 where Alex second wife received her wife system while Athen don't have one? I read the old version where Alex gifted his parents and wives system so I know about them having it. So I thought because Athena doesn't have one maybe the plot as a whole will be different?

It's really fun to read! It's my cup of tea. With the super strong mc from the start, the author will somehow lost a story/plot to write. Most novel have 1000+ chapter because their mc is weak and becauseof that the mc will have many problems and arc to go through.
